Value of lamp

"Knot 2" lamp designed by Ingo Maurer in 2013.  There's a seller in Hanover asking €3,500 for a used one, which they claim is 25% below the retail price.  There are no sold examples on Liveauctioneers, so who knows what these actually sell for.  As we always say, it's worth what someone will pay for it.   

Thank you @mark737 for the information. Yes, I too saw the one in Hanover. I'm having difficulty deciding on a price, so thought I would ask.

@krissy  Start with a price you'd be happy to get, then drop it gradually until you get to a price you can live with.
