Tulip side table - polished  

Does anyone know where to find this table or where to buy it? it seems like a typical tulip side table but the base and the top are roughly the same size and made of a polished metal. i found this picture from the cafe at the Teshima Art Museum. Sanaa has used them in some of their buildings. 

They look different than the Eero Saarinen one, since the base in the ones I'm looking for is much bigger, and the material also doesn't seem to be produced by Knoll.

Any help identifying them would be much appreciated!!!
