Hi Folks

I am looking to purchase a new highboard and came across this. I love it and will no doubt make an offer for it but was hoping to find out any information before I do. Ive exhausted my usual research so was hoping that one of the experts could through some light.

Thanks in advance

Ed

Somehow looks British to me. But what do I know. Where are you from?

Going to go ahead and say it's not a British design to the best of my knowledge. Are the solid parts Afromorsia? That would lend credence to it being British, less so German in my experience, but I am not sure which parts are Afromorsia there.

It looks like a cheaper Danish design from the 50s-60s to me. Ærthøj Jensen & Møholm or the like.

Thanks for getting back guys. Im from the UK. The solid parts look like Teak to me but I am no expert. I will check out your recommendations.

Thanks again.

Ed
