slide down sleeper teak sofa bed  

I am also searching for clues on this sofa bed.  The bed apparently pulled forward a little and then folded down.  It has a repair that put brackets in the frame so cannot fold out at this time.  I am hoping to buy it and fix it but would love to identify it first...may help me know how the mechanism should work.  Could not find any marks with the sofa bed upright.  Has been reupholstered.  Could not get far enough back to get a very good photo...not a lot to go on here...thanks for looking
