One thing: It is not teak. That is white oak with a dark patina. Might have been fumed oak or it might have just gotten that color with time.

Presumably no makers marks on it? Often with old lamps there are some nice indications of what country it originated from with the various components to it, but it looks like very few clues are left with this.
No mark found. Several people have commented it might be American and not Scandinavian. The cord looks American. The design looks Nordic to me. It's quite a mystery.
