Rod Chair Armless with Red Fabric  

Years ago I recovered two of this chrome chair from my Washington DC employer undergoing an office renovation.  Both chairs are in this original bright red fabric.

The faded and torn label has a GF Business Systems logo and the following information.

Can anyone tell me about this chair? I am curious who might be the designer, the maker, and manufacture location and date (1984?).
