has anyone seen this design before, it looks familiar to me but i can't remember where I've seen it, thanks for any help

My wife added more photos including one of the signature, looks like "AS"

Still no luck identifying the first one and my apologies ahead of time for anyone who is bored with my pleas for help but I have a large collection that i am trying to reduce before a move. I have sought help on other forums and hope someone may know who designed these or offer any other avenues to search...
