That appears to be a chair by Anderstrup Møbelfabrik, most likely by an uncredited in-house designer. This is one of many similar derivative designs, of which Erick Buck’s OD 49/50 chairs are somewhere in the middle-to-early part of the the design lineage tree.

This is wonderful, thank you so much for helping me. Unfortunately the original fabric had rips and holes in it. So I reupholsterd them this weekend. Now they sit in my studio. And I have fallen in love all over again.
