Possible Belvedere Chairs? / Assistance with Identification.  

I picked this set of chairs up from a friend today. The footstool has the original tag on the bottom that reads "Belvedere", so I thought maybe the chairs were too (assuming the stool and chairs were produced by the same company).

Any idea if the chairs were indeed manufactured by Belvedere or by someone else? I paid 250 for the chairs and stool. Each chair is missing a button on the seat and one chair has a minor tear on the seat cushion and some general wear to the leather. I couldn't help myself.
