Please help with identifying mid century dining table!  

Hello everyone,

I saw a Craigslist ad for a dining table that both my bride and I loved. We contacted the seller but the table was already taken. We both loved the table so much we decided we could try and hunt another one down but we are having trouble identifying it, as Google searching certain aspects of the table yield little to no results.

Here's all the info I have: it's walnut, might be considered a "surfboard table" (?) and they usually include a leaf (or two) - I have yet to find one with chairs. Any help on a maker, design name or something to narrow down on another one would be much appreciated!
