Please Help Identify this MCM Outdoor Light Fixture

Hi,

Does anyone who who makes or made this? Need a replacement as the glass is broken. Thanks. I am in the U.S.

This looks to be the same, though it has a split case that I don't see on yours.  Anyway, this one has a mark of "Halo, Chicago, IL" and is being sold for $350 by a NYC dealer.  Halo is still in business but good luck getting a replacement glass.
