Dear All,

I find this couch table having interesting features, but can't say anything about its ID.

Any idea?

Thank you and Happy Easter

Ernest.

true... it's advertised as teak, with veenered top but solid legs. I really like the legs and somehow I can't think of a designer whom could be attributed or whether I have seen a similar one here on the forum, maybe made of rosewood a few months ago.

Thank you for your help Leif!

Ernest

If it is oak, is is not a commonly used species of oak for Danish furniture. In particular, the ray length is far too short for white oak; it would have to be a red oak species. Odd.

It does look like that. Strange. Almost Beech-y top. The bottom looks more like Teak.

Thank you for your help! Wish I could find a Genius chair to pair with it, but this is rare stuff...that would make it easier to decide whether to make an offer or not.

Have a nice day,

Ernest
