"People buy a chair, and they don't really care who designed it." (Arne Jacobsen)
It is obviously the prototype Philippe Starck Ghost Chair. It is notoriously hard to see. When they put it into production they used a different material and you can see those mostly.
It sits just like any other chair, well cold and not padded, obviously. The trick is entirely in hitting it blind. It is similar to skydiving: if at first you don’t succeed, then skydiving is not for you. And obviously nor is sitting in the prototype. I understand it was argued that making the production version somewhat more visible was a plus.
