This old cabinet is being given away for free. Any ideas on the brand?

It's from a local listings website. The seller has no idea about the brand and wants to get rid of it. I like it though, so I'm going to pick it up anyway (hope it's not too damaged).In the meantime: has anyone seen this type of cabinet before? The tiles look familiar so I did a reverse image search, but to no avail.

Looks Belgian production to me. Certainly with the brass collars on the feet.In the scandinavian, popular style. Amongst collectors this isn't highly regarded furniture.Being a highboard, it's even harder to sell & trade.
Don't want to rain on your parade though!

Thanks a lot! No worries though, my hopes weren't too high. It's free, I don't have plans on trading or selling it and it's prettier than any cheap alternative.

I don't know anything about the designer or manufacturer but do post pics when you get it cleared off. I hope the horizontal surfaces haven't sustained the kind of damage that looks likely from all that stuff on them!
I'd also love to see a good closeup of the inset tiles. I've never seen them on doors.
