I think it's more likely just a vintage sofa inspired by the one in the listing. There are more than a few differences:
there's a narrow band of wood trim under the seat deck on yours
the legs are much closer to the ends of the sofa in addition to being evenly tapered
the back should have channeling (the one you pointed out has been redone without it, or it's possibly not a McCobb either--Chairish isn't picky about attributions)
the arms on yours are a bit narrower
yours is curved where the top of the arm meets the back; the other has a well-defined angle
It's not a bad sofa. If the frame is well made, it could look pretty good in a decent fabric. I have a very similar one that I have redone twice myself, currently in a quality wool. I am quite happy with it.
