It's really a beautiful sofa, reminds me of the designs of Adrian Pearsall. Are you located in USA? Where did you buy it?
Which kind of wood, the frame? What does the seller tell about it? Or family property since the Civil War? 😀
@danny1two3 I happened upon this one on 1stDibs which the seller attributes to Rastad and Relling of Norway. I did some searches to try to confirm, including on Mats Linder, but did not see this sofa. Maybe @Lexi can use her Norwegian sources to nail it down. It definitely has some similarities to other Norwegian designs of the period, such as Afdal's "Butterfly" and "Master" chairs, and pieces by Ressell and Kayser.
@danny1two3. Found the answer. Made by L.K..Hjelle.Don't know designer but Fredrik Kayser and Gerhard Berg, who did design for them, are the most well known. Attaching images from the Norwegian Digital Museum site; more precisely the archive photos in the Stiftinga Sunnmore Museum.
@mark737. Thank you for the "nudge" which sent me searching. Worth scrolling through 100's of images.!

@lexi Nice - I figured if it were Norwegian you'd be able to track it down. With the Berg chair, that's two Hjelle ID's this month. Before that, the last time Hjelle came up on these forums was 6 years ago.
@mark737.Further info. Model name "Mexico" and designer Karl Edvard Korseth.

@Lexi Well done, I love this ID. Just the way you want it to happen. Scrolling your way through all the photos there (I know them) and finally...
