Mid Century Modern teak chair - please help to ID  

Saxkjøbing savvaerk & stolefabrik. Designer is unknown. The chair is often attributed to Kai Kristiansen but it‘s probably not his. That being said, this is the worst and most grotesque upholstery work ever.

@herringbone;  I googled the above company and found a "similar" chair but noticed two differences.

1:-it has side stretchers between the legs while the OP's does not. 

2:-Also the angle of the back legs is different.

Different models perhaps? Unless you found the exact same chair...? ( better search skills than me ! )

Oh yeah, Lexi, you are right. I had the sax chair in the back of my head and was probably distracted by the upholstery in that backrest. The chair in question is probably not SAX, sory. It is usually referred to as Model T21 by Kai Kristiansen although I never really could find out who made it. Might be Korup? Maybe you find a proof for that.
