Okay, if we're going into this kind of detail I tried to bid on a pair of rosewood chairs stamped with a nearly identical 'Made in Denmark' stamp about 3 months ago.
I was subsequently browsing an auction catalogue - in this country again and found an attribution (maybe incorrect) but this one had a makers mark. I cant for the life of me remember it.
And while the 'made in Denmark ' sign is a spurious way to identify, this chair too had beautiful Jalk like wide teardrop shape armrests.
Id be inclined to say it was old.
Anyway, that's all fairly useless. But that's me!

So I see a bunch of these attributed to Moreddi. Moreddi was not a manufacturing company or a designer, but an import company. Moreddi worked with a number of designers and manufacturers.

I have seen a couple attributions to Harry Ostergaard as well, nothing substantiated by any 'hard' evidence, however.
I disagree that identifying a chair by the "made in denmark" is spurious. Sometimes those stamps are highly unique. And that leads to a rock solid identification. And it does have to _lead to_ it. I will agree that ending the story at a matching made in denmark is a bit too soon. But
