Now that you provide this lead it certainly matches the other Michael Dumas pieces, the wheels, the smoked plexiglass, and the overall style.

I should have asked as part of my initial question and am also wondering if this style has a name or anything more specific than “media cabinet” which was simply the description I provided for it. 

Sure no problem.  What are the dimensions of yours? I didn't see one exactly like it with the hole in the shelf, which might suggest it was some form of media cart.  You could always just call it a "two-tiered table on casters" .

Thank you Mark. It may just be and I like your description of a 2 Tier Media table on Casters.  I am not at that location and would roughly from memory guess the measurements as approximately 65” length x 24” depth x 24” height.
