The arms and bent backrest slats resemble Tarm Stolefabrik to me.

I have to admit, I see the similarities as well. It's just the tapering at the top and the bottom of the legs seem much different. This set also appears to be made out of Beech, you can see the little rays in the grain on the front of the legs and the thin side of the arms. I looked through my German catalog Das M̦belbuch and didn't spot anything either.
