Hello again from Austin!! Picked this up at your local thrift store for a few bucks. The amount I know about lamps fits into a small thimble. ... that being said I will ask. Do any of your talented souls know anything about this lamp? Maybe country of origin? Is it your average mid mod fluted hanging lamp. I do enjoy the simplicity, and for 4 bucks I'm sure I can find a place for her. I've included a close up pic of the wood a well. Thanks as usual.....

It reminds me of the Le Klint coated pleated paper shade lamps...except the Le Klint pleated shades have a different detail at the narrow top part of the shade to fit Le Klint wire frames.

It is a good buy & a good looking pendant lamp.

It first reminded me of a "caprani" lamp minus the actual stand. Lol...

The wood looks like Afromosia, which would mean it is very likely Scandinavian.
