I was trying to remember, and now I have dug up the proof: I have a page from an Anton Dam catalog that says it (coffee table #1 above) was designed by J. Linde. Also, I am relatively certain that this table dates to the mid 1960s. I don't know when the otherwise were designed exactly, but the likelihood is that they were designed before then, as almost nothing teak was designed after then. So the likelihood is that this table is chronologically the last of them.
As I suggested above, it would probably be best to avoid trying to jump to a conclusion about the other two designs. If JA had been the only designer working with CFC, then perhaps it would make sense to make that jump, but we know that JA and JL drew very similar designs. This leaves the other pieces in a very uncertain place as to designer. Further documentation is needed.
