Does anyone know the proper name for these surface-mounted finger pulls and if they are available to purchase somewhere in the world?

Thank you for the link, tktoo2! Yes,  you are spot on; McCobb Planner bypass door hardware is exactly right. Do you know how they were mounted? I'd love to know how they fit on the door (like a grommet?). I'll see what I can do with the flush mounts. Thanks again!
