Identification of makers needed  

I would appreciate some assistance in determining the makers and value of these pieces. One piece is a burl-wood credenza with chrome legs - there is a picture of what may be a makers mark. (Milo Baughman? not certain) looks like a man inside a circle?

The other is a set purchased in a high design studio in Chicago ca. 1980's?

I'm assisting an elderly gentleman with the sale of these items so he can move to assisted living.
