Identification leather Armchair  

Looks to be the Kent 895 by Ludovica & Roberto Palomba for Zanotta, 2013.  

House is in Orinda near where I used to live.  Faulkner Architects, based in Truckee, designed the house,  and DZine (based in SF) did the furnishings.  It's been written up in many magazines.
