Nice chair (as well as Selig guitar pick side table in the background), although the thin double rail at the bottom of the backrest seems a bit unnecessary.

If you have acquired it already, can you post more detailed photos of the underside and joints?

Not sure if its just the lighting, but the wood (oak?) appears to be fairly new.

Thanks cdsilva. I will post some better photos. The oak is light but I think it's more due to the soap finish rather than it being new. The vinyl seat upholstery is definitely not recent.
