Hi,

I need some help ID this nice magazine rack that I am considering buying.

Apparently it is unmarked. Found it on 1stdibs, Lauritz and various websites as designed by Ejnar Larsen & Aksel Madsen Bender. But no maker which I always find very suspicious.

Roxy Klassik in Copenhagen has it as

That is indeed an elegant little accessory piece, dear doctor! Perhaps a good hiding place for laptops and tablet devices (with their attendant cables, chargers, etc) that have largely supplanted magazines as modern day clutter. Of course, a few vintage reference publications conveniently at hand always adds a certain "je ne sais quoi" as does the clever joinery, no?

P.S. I simply love the chalkboard still. It reminds me of the happy years in our house before our daughters became insufferable teenagers.
