ID Help - Chrome Tubular Chair with Ottoman  

Last time I had something ID'd here they turned out to be a pair of Pierre Paulin chairs with Ottoman that I bought for $5 and was trying to decide if they were worth the 700 miles drive to pick them up. Needless to say I was on the road the following day. This forum has been a great resource even if I mostly just poke my head in to see what people are talking about. Thanks to all the active and knowledgeable participants!

So I just came across this chair and ottoman and so far nothing has turned up from all the searches I did. However, it seems to be of high quality construction evident from things like the glides, proportions, style etc. Or perhaps I'm wrong. Does anyone have a clue as to who may have designed or manufactured this set? Trying to decide if it's worth the 200-mile round trip. I do like the chair and may just get it either way. Thanks for your help in advance.
