Hello fellow design addicts.

I recently found these beautiful arm chairs. From the circular indentations that hold the elastic bands, I think I can deduce that it's a Glostrup design (or did other manufacturers use this technique too?). However, who could have designed these?

Thanks in advance for your help!

hi e11y,

can't help with the id but i believe that the springs used here (i think they are called loop springs) were widely used in mid century furniture and i have personally seen it on swiss, german, english and danish pieces.

sorry i can't help any more with the  id.

cheers,

jonny

Hi @e11y they do look like Glostrup design, the ones often randomly attributed to Jalk, but feel more like a later reinterpretation.
