holman chair? ID help please  

Hello,
I bought 4 dining chairs, a table and buffet on craigslist... the table and buffet are 100% Broyhill Sculptra... but the chairs are not. The chairs had a Holman Manufacturing label under the seat.
The first image shows the chairs (with table) with a gold velvet seat... on top of the original orange/gold woven fabric.
Is the label authentic to the chair, or maybe just the upholstery. Anyone recognize these chairs?
