Well. The bench I picked up at an estate sale with other herman miller furniture has been accused of being a fake. What do you all think?

Looks legit to me. Appropriate wear and darkening of the wood (as evidenced by ghost of removed tag), label and construction details appear correct.
Of course, these benches are relatively easy to fake. But taking it to the level of detail shown in your photos seems unlikely considering the law of diminishing returns and that vintage examples aren't exactly rare.
I know nearly nothing about this design, but if it looks right to tktoo, I am confident it looks very right.
Thus, I would point out that it is fairly difficult to invent a plausible story that results in a excellent forgery getting sold at an estate sale (for estate sale prices, presumably). The whole point of forgery would be the return.
