I can't help you with the ID and I don't know if it is just a distortion in the wood frame of your images but it looks like the upholstered part of the chair is installed backwards. I think the mitered end of the armrest looks like it wants to be the front.

@minimoma I thought that, too! I remember that we had a similar discussion about a sofa a couple of years ago. This here looks pretty much the same.
