@francis. A quick Google search suggests these " scoop" chairs were made by Crannac ,an Irish company . I have not found one with a label.

A site run by a former, well respected member on this Forum, Killian,  has one for sale ( no label) and they state it is "probably" designed by Arthur Edwards who designed for Crannac (  John Hogg & Co Ltd, Navan, Eire ) in the late 50's/ early 60's.

Arthur Edwards trained at the Royal College of Art, after which he joined the design team at E.Gomme Ltd. working on the original G-Plan collections. He then held several positions within the UK furniture manufacturing industry as design director before launching his own consultancy design company in 1968. His UK clients back in the day, included Stag, Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, Schreiber and many other companies .

Where are you based, if you don't mind me asking?

@lexi Wow thanks so much, that's definitely it! Based in Dublin so it all checks out. Would you have a link to Killian's site please?
