The one blurry picture isn't sufficient to correct you on your wood identification, but some more photos might help for everything you're asking.
Certainly, I do not think it has anything to do with Arne Vodder but it's very interesting regardless, I love the concave drawers I'd love to see a close up of their construction.
So basically, more detailed pictures all around please.

This shop in London, sold one of this, maybe they can possibly share some background information (?).

I'm not seeing rosewood at all there, but I'm not 100% sure it's teak either.
What is going on with the finish on the indented parts of the drawer fronts?
I hope that discoloration is just grime. Grime is easily dealt with.
Are there any marks or labels on this piece? I'm wondering about the country of origin.
These guys say, the drawer fronts are made of teak and afrormosia. But they also seem to have no idea who the maker was. I'd guess it's British.

Looks to be higher build quality, than I originally thought by looking at the first picture you provided.
Are the drawer fronts solid teak? Which by the way, I would say that I am fairly confident that both pieces are teak (95% on the OP, and 100% on the above example).
The finished back is nice, with the book matched teak veneer. I am not sure what or who "Rodd" is, but if it is a Vodder piece, I would think twice about refinishing it, would probably be worth more just cleaned well, with a majority of the patina retained.
Rodd was a manufacturer from Australia. They used the Vodder style drawers but it seems highly unlikely that you would find three Australien sideboards in different places at the same time in the UK. It's much more likely that the maker was british.
And you are not the only one lookingfor the maker: http://www.pureimaginations.co.uk/best-1960s-vintage-teak-sideboards/
