Another one of these was asked about in the last year. I don't think there was an answer then either. Based on the markings, construction and style it appears to be from the mid to late 60s, if that is of any help.

There is a list of Danish Furniture Control memeber companies from maybe 1963 that was linked to her on the forum by DrPoulet (I think), so the maker is on that list. It might take a while, but you could start by looking for lounge chairs from each company and see where that gets you. Learning about some designs is a piece by piece process.

Finding the maker would likely get you a short list of possible designers or maybe a catalog, so it would be the first big step. Keep us updated.

Does your chair have any visible black hex bolts?

You all may already know this, but I just came across this interesting information on another site where someone posted a reply from DFQC about dating their markings -

"The DFQC label has been made in many different versions, depending on the manufacturer's wishes. In the beginning, some wanted the burned logo, some a metal plate and some a metal foil. Later versions are textile and paper labels.

So you could, with some caution, say that the burned and metal plate labels are the oldest. Note also that the original name was Danish Furnituremakers' Control. This was changed in the 1970'ies to Danish Furnituremakers' Quality Control." Source: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Archive-Mid-Century-Modern/Danish-modern-f...

The visible hex bolts certainly means that your chair is a knock down construction and not very high end.

As Leif said, you might find something googling chair + names of the makers that were members of the DFC ( https://www.designaddict.com/forum/General-discussion/Danish-Furnituremak...). You don't need to look for the same model but check if there are visible bolts at the same positions.

It might take some time but if you already know something about Danish design there are names that you can rule out.

You might be more lucky by searching in Danish (L
