Help ID Sculptural Side Chair

Hi, I recently purchased this nice sculptural chair that probably dates to the late 50’s / early 60’s. The chair appears to be Scandinavian and made of teak or American and made of walnut. Has anyone seen this chair before and help me shed some light on who might have manufactured it? Thanks!

There’s a set on Etsy listing as American Design Foundation Group, designed by Stewart MacDougall and Kipp Stewart for Calvin Furniture with ADF medallion shown. Interesting article about Calvin, ADF and Paul McCobb here:
