Help ID minimalist , modernist wall lamp aluminium bent steel & brass

Anybody has an idea abot the origin of this beauty?

Fittings are bakelite, shade is aluminium, body is brass & steel

thanks for ANY advice

nobody has a clue about this applique? Looks french or dutch to me...
