george nelson platform bench, real or not?  

hello, I'v read some other really knowledgable posts on this topic and i was wondering if some of you could help me with this querry.is this a real george nelson platform bench? i don't think it's is so old. Mind you, the bench is in europe which, if genuine this would probably be made by Vitra, the european license holder of herman miller furniure. I don't know if the manufacturing process and look is different from the two companies, other than Herman miller's being a lot older.i prefer original design, so basically i'am asking should i buy or not?thanks in advanceluca
