Is this gateleg table really by Kurt Østervig?

Hi :)I've seen this table attributed to Danish architect Kurt Østervig countless times (and other Danish architects as well) though I've never seen proper documentation for esp. the Østervig attribution. Can anyone tell me who designed it, who produced it and then back it up with some litterature or an old add?I don't have this table nor am I looking to buy one. I'm just writing a very lenghty blog post about Kurt Østervig and would like to know for certain whether I should include this table or not in his design portfolio.

Wright has sold that table as an Østervig. Deconet also has it as an Østervig. I would probably consider him a ship builder rather than an Architect.
Please post a link to your blog when you are finished.

As LKH said. Not Østervig. I suspect the attribution came about because there is a coffee table with similar legs.
Niels Koefoed design from 1964, model #304:

i think I saw photos of a marked one once. Never have understood why Niels Koefoed was fairly reliable about marking his chairs, but not this table. Not that I doubt the design credit, just an oddity that makes me want to know why.

Ah, fantastic! Thank you all so much. But who produced it then? Did Kofoed simply produce the table at his own workshop bearing his name or?

Koefoed produced it himself I believe.  I've never seen any indications he designed other than for his own company.

Thank you, Leif.
I'll add a link to this thread once the blog post is finished.

Or perhaps it was made by Dyrlund.

Ahr, confused again. So even if both Dyrlund and since Kofod have produced the table, the designer behind it still lingers...
