Enigma from a swivel chair  

I'm an upholsterer and I have 2 riddles :

First one

I received the frame of a vintage swivel armchair, but I can't find the designer. The person told me it was an Artifort. Unfortunately, I can't find a similar armchair to what I have in front of me (even though it looks like a Pierre Paulin or a Goeffrey Hancourt, I think.. even if I'm thinking more of a Belgian or even French publisher.). I've examined it and can't find any hallmarks, labels, or patents on the seat. I'm a little desperate because I'd like to remake it exactly, and without the model, I won't be able to do this job properly...
