I have a fiberglass side chair that is odd enough for me to post some pictures and let some knowledgeable people weigh in (if you would like). I bought if for next to nothing for the chair tips for another project, but it has started to intrigue me. First off I read the early Eames side chairs developed cracks at the base and back, well this chair has those. I wouldn't have thought anymore about it since there was literally no marking of any type on the chair.

Until that is, I removed the legs. A small upside down S (Zenith?) and three dots in a straight line (3M?) appeared near one of the mounts.

Is any of this meaningful? I can supply more photos (can only load one per post?) , but am realistic that this is probably my imagination.

Photo of entire chair is always best but, based only on single detail image posted, no, not Eames.

Thank you tktoo2 for your reply.

Now I can, with clear conscience, dispose of it.
