Eames - Eiffel Base: Authentification  

Hello, 
I bought couple Eames chairs to a guy who get it in bulk from offices who want to change their interior design, and among one of the chair he told me the Eiffel base was original. As I was convinced it was near impossible to find original Eiffel base still in circulation I would prefer ask your help from an objective point of view. 

Could you please help me shine light on if this one is according to you a real one or not?
