Fangel’ is part of the address.  I don’t actually know what pr. stands for as a danish word.  Per maybe.  But I can basically tell you the sense of it.  Look up Dømmestrup on a map and you will notice that Fangel is the next town over, so it means something like ‘Dømmestrup on the way to Fangel’
