Hi,

I posted under a different name a bit before, but it got deleted.

This is a McIntosh dining chair, they are fairly common in the UK. I've seen them in teak and mahogany, often the mahogany is paired with their rosewood veneered table tops. I am yet to see an ACTUAL rosewood chair from them. But the fact they worked with rosewood veneers gives you an idea of the kind of market they were selling to. They're a nice manufacturer.

I can only speak personally for the designs and they have some quirky dining chairs, this is probably my favourite of theirs.

Since posting this I got a set of 6, myself! Mind are definitely in mahogany.
