Hi, it's nearly impossible to identify, at that time there were a lot of swivel chairs from every ordinary German furniture manufacturer, including GDR.

these are in the stasi headquarters so I thought that might help narrow it down in some way...?

It's a movie, the locations and furniture are not original.

According to the MfS equipment list, the chairs are listed as model S-94 from the GDR company Polstermöbel Oelsa-Rabenau.
