maybe not danish...
it seems no one recognise this daybed. maybe it is not danish .... it Looks similiar to Peter hvidt. but ist hard to tell.
maybe some idea?

Could be, but I think the backpillow should be bigger, more bulky, as he used sprung cushions?
Can you post a pic of the back? Or is this just the one pic you have from the seller? (you could ask another one)
The back will give conclusion.
For the moment it could be dutch or german too.

..the daybed receive next week at my home. than i will post more Pictures. but i know ist possible to Change into a bed.
the bed comes from switzerland.
who did you mean with german or dutch designer? DeBoer or siebert, or others?

i got it!!! its a daybed form the project "wohnhilfe zürich" from switzerland, founded after the WW2.
A lot of famous designer worked for wohnhilfe. for example jakob müller,max bill, willy guhl, wilhelm kienzle and urs roesch.
The picture shows the daybed at the "mustermesse in basel" around 1960. The daybed with metallegs.
