Very similar to Arne Vodder for H.P. Hansen, but handles are different. Have you seen it?
@amber5. No price mentioned as it was a sales/delivery docket.
I would rather not show an image of this docket as there is personal info on it, albeit 42 years old !!
If you do a Google image search ; vintage akho møbler sideboard, the seller is in New Zealand. Just scroll through their images and you can see the docket.
Glad to be of some help.
Lexi.

Thought I would update this post; nothing too exciting but as someone commented on my post about the Happy Viking catalogue, I decided to look through it again myself. ( I obviously have nothing better to do!!)
There is an image of a sideboard on page 37 , AK630 and when I zoomed in it looked familiar. I wondered did the AK stand for Akho? 🤔
Remembered this thread and located the image of the sales docket in my files. Sure enough..AK630.

@mvc. Thank you for posting that catalogue image. However, it is a different sideboard to the one that the original poster was asking about ,which has a single handle/pull at the centre that splits in the middle when the doors are opened.

Lexi.
