Can anybody assist with the designer/manufacturer of my Danish Cubist Teak Asymmetrical Mirror?

It has a "Made in Denmark" burnt stamp mark on the back

Any help greatly appreciated.

Based on the overall look / construction and the "made in denmark" stamp, I would say it was made by Aarhus Glasimport.

Just my opinion however but that can be a lead...

DrP, your comment is very timely.

I've had a couple of teak wall mirrors with shelf for a few years. One is Petersen and Hansen (model #902), while the other is a very similar design, which is sometimes marked with Aarhus Glasimport label. (model #393). The primary distinction between the two is that the latter is narrower, and has beech plugs on the sides for the bottom shelf and top rail. Also the side rail "ski jump" curve is more pronounced on the latter, but that may not be so noticeable at a glance. (Note: both full mirror photos were grabbed from online). I've always assumed Aarhus Glasimport was more of a mirror company, which contracted out the teak frame construction to a company which remained nameless.

My sister has had her eye on my wall mirror for a few years, so I just acquired a third one a week ago, which will soon be a birthday present for her. It is the same Aarhus Glasimport design, which needs to have a translucent paint coat removed and teak refinished. However, it did provide a nice new clue. There is a "Danish Furniture Makers Control" cloth sticker on the back of the mirror (no "Quality"). So whoever made this frame was part of the DFC association.

@cdsilva: Aarhus Glasimport was part of the DFC (Petersen & Hansen was not). I guess they were making the frames as well.
