Danish knockdown chairs with pivoting backrests  

I've been searching everywhere to try and ID these chairs. Best I can tell is that these are Beech? The only markings found are "starbright, Ice Blue" which refers to the Mohair upholstery.

These chairs breakdown without unscrewing a thing as seen in the photo. I purchased these along with the guitar pick table designed by Yngve Ekstrom seen in the photo for scale and reference. The table I believe was imported by DUX. I was thinking maybe the chairs were DUX as well?

Closest I've seen any chairs come were Arne Vodder and Kofod Larsen models.

Any ideas?
