I'm going to pick them up tonight, a set of 6 chairs for $5 per chair. I'm curious if the bent tubular metal parts are brass or steel with paint or some other coating that looks brass. I'm going to market these as a 1970s time capsule. That mix of brown shades set against a golden frame -- It's so 70s it burns. For some reason I've got the 'Man with the Golden Gun' on the brain. Can't you just imagine Roger Moore gliding in for landing on one these whilst donning a linen and silk blend safari jacket, or perhaps ducking behind one for cover and blazing away with his Walther PPK. Does anyone else have a hard time paying attention to the plot lines in vintage movies, because you're fixated on the setting/props in the background?
